1. Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Nature

All products offered on this website are manufactured individually on a made-to-order / print-on-demand basis once an order is placed.

  • Digital Mockups vs. Physical Products: Product images displayed on our website are digital renderings (mockups). While we strive to present colours, graphics, and sizing as accurately as possible, actual print results on physical fabrics and merchandise may vary slightly due to monitor color calibration, fabric texture, and printing techniques (e.g., Direct-to-Garment printing).

  • Production Times: Orders require production time before being shipped. Estimated production and shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

2. Pricing & Order Acceptance

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs clearance, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees assessed by your local customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

4. Returns & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service. Because items are custom-printed upon ordering, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or customer input errors. Damaged, defective, or misprinted items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, t-shirt designs, artwork, images, and software, is the property of SpaceAce.ink or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs or content without express written permission from us. AI image generators were used for graphical help, but all designs are original digital creations using human creativity. We work hard on these designs.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
